Decaf Coffee

All of our single origin decaf coffees are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. Swiss Water Process removes 99.9% of the caffeine, and even more importantly leaves the coffee clean of any chemicals that would cause off taste or adverse reaction. The only things that you get into your finished cup are the fantastic flavors that your are after.

As a part of processing, beans that are decaffeinated using Swiss Water Process take on a darker hue that will cause the final product to look darker than the the roast level of the bean would normally appear. Your coffee will look darker than it will taste.
